Practical & Emotional Support Volunteer - Wirral

People tell us they need practical and emotional support during their cancer journey and they want help locally. This is a direct volunteering service offering support to individuals and families affected by cancer. Support is given at any point in the cancer journey and also includes bereavement support.

You need to be 18 years old or over to apply for this opportunity.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with others
  • Effective listening
  • Reliable, honest and punctual
  • Ability to work independently but with guidance and support
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
