Macmillan Information and Support Volunteer - Coleraine

Are you a people person with great listening skills? Would you be able to spend a morning or afternoon in the Macmillan Information Area in Causeway Hospital? Help us provide information and support to people affected by cancer by signposting them to the appropriate resources available. You will also have the opportunity to be part of our team at health and wellbeing events for people affected by cancer and other community health related events.

You need to be 18 years old or over to apply for this opportunity.

  • Good listening skills
  • Understanding of boundaries and need for confidentiality
  • Be able to work independently and know when to seek support
