Lead Volunteer - Carmarthenshire Support Buddies

Lead volunteers support local Macmillan Staff to coordinate a group of Macmillan volunteers who deliver practical and emotional support to people affected by cancer.

You need to be 18 years old or over to apply for this opportunity.


What we're looking for

  • Good listener, clear communicator and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Patient, flexible and reliable
  • Strong organisation skills and basic IT skills
  • Able to work independently with guidance and support
  • Able to respect others' differences and choices
