Lead Volunteer - Carmarthenshire Support Buddies

We are looking for someone to join our small, friendly team that co-ordinates this great project. You will help co-ordinate a group of volunteers who provide practical and emotional support to people affected by cancer in their homes. We particularly need someone available on weekdays and who has good organisational and people skills. This is a varied role - visiting service users at home, assessing their needs and supporting volunteers. If this is you, we'd love to hear from you.

You need to be 18 years old or over to apply for this opportunity.

  • Patient, flexible and reliable
  • Strong organisation skills and basic IT skills
  • Able to work independently with guidance and support
  • Able to respect others' differences and choices
