Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Service Volunteer

We are looking for caring individuals who have a few hours a week to volunteer supporting people affected by cancer. Glasgow Libraries are working with Macmillan Cancer Support to provide a network of Macmillan Cancer Information & Support Services in local communities. Our volunteers provide a listening ear, emotional support, information and signposting to other local services. We are there for anyone affected by cancer - this means the individual with the diagnosis and their family, friends, carers and those who have been bereaved by cancer.
