Macmillan Neighbour Volunteer - Birmingham

Could you use your time, enthusiasm and communication skills to support people affected by cancer in your community or workplace? You can do this by being their first point of contact and signposting them to support services or by campaigning for change and representing Macmillan at local events. Help us in this varied role to ensure that people affected by cancer in Birmingham get the support they need to live their lives, no matter what.

You need to be 18 years old or over to apply for this opportunity.


What we're looking for

  • Passionate about Macmillan and supporting people affected by cancer
  • Good listening and relationship-building skills
  • A desire and ability to represent Macmillan which may include speaking at events
  • A proactive attitude
