My Macmillan

Use Your Experience to Help Influence Social Care

Could you help Macmillan influence policy makers and commissioners to understand that people living with cancer have significant social care needs that are not being met? We would like to hear your experiences and stories of what life can be like if you are not getting the support that you need when you have cancer. There is no legal definition of social care but it is often described as help with the activities of daily living. This can include help with dressing, or housework, but also help to remain independent and maintain social relationships.
