Event Support Volunteer (Greene King Check-In Calls - anytime between 15-20 April)

At Macmillan we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. By sharing your skills and time, you’ll have a rewarding experience and play a vital role in ensuring Greene King pubs' 2024 fundraising is as successful as possible. Together we can be right there for people with cancer.

This April we’re looking for volunteers to help us make phone calls to our corporate partner, Greene King. We’ll give you all the information you need to make these calls, and your calls can be made from home anytime between 15-20 April, during Greene King opening hours. We estimate the calls will take a total of 2 hours to make – they can be done all together or spread across the week.

Our partnership with Greene King raised an incredible £3.8m in 2023, and we’re calling Greene King pubs to wish them the best of luck with their 'Macmillan May' and 'We Love Mac Nurses Campaign' and to check in that they all have the packs and information needed for fundraising. These calls will play a vital role in ensuring their 2024 fundraising is as successful as possible.
