At Macmillan we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. Are you a counsellor in training looking for a placement on a level 7 course, or a qualified counsellor looking to develop your experience?

If so, we would love you to join our team as a Volunteer Psychological Therapist, helping to support patients, relatives and carers affected by cancer after treatment has finished. By sharing your skills and time, you'll be part of a friendly team that makes a real difference, while developing your professional experience. We recruit on a rolling basis throughout the year, so whilst we may not always have a vacancy available, we encourage you to apply. This means we can keep your details on file and get in touch as soon as a suitable opportunity arises. Together, we can be right there for people with cancer.
