Event Support Volunteer (Bath Half Marathon - 17 March 2024)

At Macmillan we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. Do you have enthusiasm for fundraising and work well in a team? Then we would love you to join our team as an Event Support volunteer and help support everything from marathons to festivals and supermarket collections to black tie events.

By sharing your skills and time, you’ll have a rewarding and fun experience, helping us to deliver an excellent experience for event participants and meet new people as part of a friendly team that makes a difference in the community. Together, we can be right there for people with cancer.

Be part of Team Macmillan at the Bath Half Marathon this spring. We’re looking for volunteers to join our cheerpoint and support the runners taking on the ultimate running challenge whilst raising money for Macmillan. You’ll make a huge difference to the runner’s experience on the day. By cheering them on as they run past, you’ll help show just how much they mean to Macmillan and inspire them to keep going towards the finish line.
