Event Support Volunteer (Great South Run - 20 October 2024)

At Macmillan we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. Do you have enthusiasm for fundraising and work well in a team? Then we would love you to join our team as an Event Support volunteer and help support everything from marathons to festivals and supermarket collections to black tie events.

By sharing your skills and time, you’ll have a rewarding and fun experience, helping us to deliver an excellent experience for event participants and meet new people as part of a friendly team that makes a difference in the community. Together, we can be right there for people with cancer.

Would you like to volunteer by the seaside in the vibrant city of Portsmouth? Then join us at our enthusiastic cheerpoint for the Great South Run where we will cheer on our fantastic participants who will be raising fantastic amounts of money for Macmillan. These numbers matter but so do the people behind them and every penny raised will support people living with cancer.
