Event Support Volunteer (Henley Swim Weekend Festival - 9 July 2023)

At Macmillan we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. Do you have enthusiasm for fundraising and work well in a team? Then we would love you to join our team as an Event Support volunteer and help support everything from marathons to festivals and supermarket collections to black tie events.

The Outdoor Swim Henley Swim Festival is an outdoor swim event like no other. A weekend celebrating open water swimming, set in the most stunning location on the banks of the Thames just outside Henley. This outdoor swim event has a variety of swimming challenges covering different distances. We need your help to show our appreciation to Macmillan supporters who are raising fantastic amounts to support people living with cancer, hand them their medals and give them a great big thank you when they complete the race! A great chance to interact with our wonderful supporters and to contribute to this fabulous event.

By sharing your skills and time, you’ll have a rewarding and fun experience, helping us to deliver an excellent experience for event participants and meet new people as part of a friendly team that makes a difference in the community.
