Event Support Volunteer (HYROX London Cheerpoint - 25-26 November 2023)

At Macmillan we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. Do you have enthusiasm for fundraising and work well in a team? Then we would love you to join our team as an Event Support volunteer and help support everything from marathons to festivals and supermarket collections to black tie events.

By sharing your skills and time, you’ll have a rewarding and fun experience, helping us to deliver an excellent experience for event participants and meet new people as part of a friendly team that makes a difference in the community. Together, we can be right there for people with cancer.

HYROX is taking the fitness world by storm, and Macmillan is pleased to be their exclusive charity partner! We have 350 Macmillan athletes taking part in this impressive fitness race at London's ExCel Centre across Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 November. Athletes compete in a race that starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, repeating 8 times. We're looking for volunteers to help us cheer on our participants while they undertake this epic challenge. Please note that current timings are estimates. Exact details will be shared in the volunteer briefing.
