Event Support Volunteer (Knowsley Flower Show and Feel Good Festival - 5-6 August 2023)

At Macmillan we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. Do you have enthusiasm for fundraising and work well in a team? Then we would love you to join our team as an Event Support volunteer and help support everything from marathons to festivals and supermarket collections to black tie events.

By sharing your skills and time, you’ll have a rewarding and fun experience, helping us to deliver an excellent experience for event participants and meet new people as part of a friendly team that makes a difference in the community. Together, we can be right there for people with cancer.

Macmillan's Legacy Team are attending the Knowsley Flower Show and Feel Good Festival on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th August. To make the event a success we are looking for volunteers to help support on the day. You will be encouraged to have meaningful conversations with the public to uncover how they feel about gifts in wills and share the importance of gifts in wills to Macmillan. We will also be inviting visitors to take part in some creative activities on the Macmillan stand. Volunteer shifts are flexible so please get in touch if you would like to volunteer at a different time.
