Event Support Volunteer (London Pride - 5 July 2025)

Join Macmillan and take part in London's 2025 Pride event on the 5th July – the UK’s largest and most diverse Pride event. London Pride brings together 500 groups, including LGBTQ+ community organizations, businesses, and partners. 35,000 participants will march in solidarity and celebrate the rich history and continuing progress of London's diverse LGBTQ+ communities.

What will you be doing?

Join us at a cheer point as we support the parade and share messages of solidarity and inclusivity, highlighting that Macmillan is here for all. This year, the Parade runs from Hyde Park Corner, through Piccadilly Circus, down Haymarket and along Cockspur Street to Trafalgar Square. Volunteers will be provided with a Macmillan LGBTQ+ T shirt. Please note timings and locations listed are a guide and may be subject to change by event organisers. Exact details will be confirmed in your volunteer brief sent around 2 weeks before the event.

It’s important to have a Macmillan presence so that people know Macmillan is inclusive of everyone, and to encourage those people watching and taking part to seek support if they need it.
