Event Support Volunteer (Shrewsbury Square Street Collection & Cake Stall - 29 July 2023)

At Macmillan we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. Do you have enthusiasm for fundraising and work well in a team? Then we would love you to join our team as an Event Support volunteer and help support everything from marathons to festivals and supermarket collections to black tie events.

By sharing your skills and time, you’ll have a rewarding and fun experience, helping us to deliver an excellent experience for event participants and meet new people as part of a friendly team that makes a difference in the community. Together, we can be right there for people with cancer.

Join us as we host a cake sale and street collection in the Market Square in Central Shrewsbury.

Please note timings and locations listed are a guide and may be subject to change by event organisers. Exact details will be confirmed in your volunteer brief sent a few weeks before the event.

We try to be as flexible as possible so please speak to a member of the team if you're unable to commit to one of the full shifts listed or have any concerns.
