Event Support Volunteer (Yorkshire Dales Mighty Hike - 1 July 2023)

At Macmillan we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. Do you have enthusiasm for fundraising and work well in a team? Then we would love you to join our team as an Event Support volunteer and help support everything from marathons to festivals and supermarket collections to black tie events. By sharing your skills and time, you’ll have a rewarding and fun experience, helping us to deliver an excellent experience for event participants and meet new people as part of a friendly team that makes a difference in the community. Together, we can be right there for people with cancer.

Join us at our Mighty Hike as we give our walkers a huge cheer and a big glass of fizz as they cross the finish line. Hand them their medals and celebrate their amazing efforts with them. A party atmosphere in beautiful surroundings that will fill you with positivity and leave you smiling at the end of your shift. This event fills up quickly so get signed up fast. All timings are approximate and are subject to change closer to the event.
